Though I haven’t completed any formal post-secondary training in Fine Art, I’ve had the good fortune of studying under several (very accomplished, demanding and brilliant) artists and designers, for which I am very grateful.
I’ve spent decades drawing and painting from life, but I’ve recently begun experimenting with watercolour and wool as mediums and illustration as an art form. My “style” is currently in evolution (oh, what an understatement!), so you’ll see a variety of themes and moods represented here.
Originals and prints are available in my shop.
I’m a huge proponent of supporting local economies: all the wool I use in my wool “paintings” is sourced from right here on PEI or the neighbouring region – you’ll find a list of suppliers here.
